Giuseppe Nobile has been part of Alpino Gelato since the 60’s.                          

His wife Anna being an original owner, Giuseppe now makes all the gelato reciepes artiginally weekly. Anna and Giuseppe have mastered gluten free, vegan certified and kosher certified products. Giuseppe and Anna are proud to be part of the original founders of Cibo Foods.  Giuseppe and Anna have been brining gelato to your doors, the are proud to stand as a non – premixed gelato that has made its mark on Australia and is still known as Australia’s first gelato company. 

Laura Nobile

Laura Nobile  has been part of the industry of Dairy since 2000. The Family company she is part of, Alpino Gelato, has been in existence since 1955.  Learning from her grandmother, mother and father, Laura has been making artisan gelato and packaging them for all walks of the industry. IGA’s, restaurants, nursing homes and many more.

CEO of the year 2017, Laura is also one of the founders of CIBO foods. for the first time Alpino Products will be available online for purchase and delivery.

Luca Ciano

Luca Ciano, is a very well known Italian chef in Australia. Luca’s Career includes the famous 2 Michelin-starred restaurant ‘IL Lugo di Aimo e Nadia” in Milan, as well as international experience at London’s Millennium Gloucester Hotel, Relain and Chateaux in Bermuda, and in Australia at the Sheraton on the park and The Westin in Sydney, and Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley. Luca’s products are known for their high produce.

 Making his products by hand himself promises the highest quality and tastiest food.  

Miguel Maestre

It is Miguel’s co-hosting role on TEN’s three time Logie winning show “The Living Room”, that has catapulted him into the world of TV working alongside Amanda Keller, Dr Chris Brown and Barry DuBois. Other TV credits include “Boys Weekend” (airing in more than 100 countries worldwide), “Miguel’s Tropical Kitchens” where he charms his way through the tropics of North Queensland, cooking with exotic ingredients in breathtaking locations, “Miguels Feasts” airing on Network 10 and internationally and “Weekend Feasts” airing on Network Ten.

Antonio Brunetti was born in Italy and migrated to Australia in 1993. He has had extensive experience in the food and wine industry. His expertise in fine food and passion for wines has grown greatly over the past twenty years.

Upon completing the following certificates Antonio has gathered a wealth of knowledge and understanding in the food and wine industry.

• Certificate IV in Australian Contemporary Cuisine
• WSET Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits
• Certificate from the Italian Wine Scholar Guild

He managed an Italian restaurant for 10 years, and he was a sales representative for an Italian wine company based in Sydney for another 10 years.

In 2013 he joined Il Mercante food and wines.
